We were expecting a rating... read more trip and got so much more! We climbed a few rocks to a small water fall. Played and jumped in the water to get used to the temperature. Tubbed down the river rapids which was such fun. Stopped for swimming and jumping. Continuing our adventure and ended with rafting. Davion was so knowledgeable about the area and showed great pride for his community and job. Highly recommend this tour you will not be disappointed! Ask for Davion! Family of 4 with two kids age 14 & 9. The kids have said this was by far their favorite activity.

  Poor customer service from the "manager". I had a group of 25 persons, as such, it took a while for my group to register. There was a bus of maximum... read more capacity 14 to transport us to the beginning of the tour. My group started the registration process but finished after a group of 5. At that time, the bus was not at the location. About 10 minutes after my group completed registration, the bus arrived. Instead of having all of my group transported, they decided (in this covid pandemic) to mix some of my group with another group of 5 saying that they kept their reservation since they completed registering first. When I began protesting this, the person at the front desk went on his phone and I was allowed to speak with the so called manager who blatantly told me that "common sense should tell me" that I missed my appointment. I did not make a reservation as there are no stipulations that reservations are mandatory, however I was in constant dialogue with the social media personnel via Instagram. Despite that utter disrespect, the tour guides especially DWAYNE and ROY WERE AWESOME.

He answers all the questions that we had and he made us feel comfortable enough to trust him with our lives down that river. Big up yuhself Reanoy.
