River Rapids Jamaica

The day was a perfect mixture of fun, excitement and relaxation! Great for all ages! The experience with our guides and their knowledge did not go unnoticed! It was a pleasure meeting them and when we return to JA we will definitely be booking this excursion again. Thank you!

The river was low so we got to start the day with a dip in a waterfall and then... read more had a leisurely float down the river with a few stops for the daredevils in the group to jump into the deeper water. We all agreed that this was one of the best parts of our family vacation!

  Poor customer service from the "manager". I had a group of 25 persons, as such, it took a while for my group to register. There was a bus of maximum... read more capacity 14 to transport us to the beginning of the tour. My group started the registration process but finished after a group of 5. At that time, the bus was not at the location. About 10 minutes after my group completed registration, the bus arrived. Instead of having all of my group transported, they decided (in this covid pandemic) to mix some of my group with another group of 5 saying that they kept their reservation since they completed registering first. When I began protesting this, the person at the front desk went on his phone and I was allowed to speak with the so called manager who blatantly told me that "common sense should tell me" that I missed my appointment. I did not make a reservation as there are no stipulations that reservations are mandatory, however I was in constant dialogue with the social media personnel via Instagram. Despite that utter disrespect, the tour guides especially DWAYNE and ROY WERE AWESOME.
